I am setting up a 150-200 gallon for Christmas and am going to get a powerhead for it. I’m not sure which of these to get because both look good the one isn’t a well known brand but is supposed to be a lot stronger. But hygger is also a quality brand in my eyes. Idk which one would be better for a fowlr setup.

go with the hygger. I use that unit myself on my frag tank and love the functionality and ease of control.

Do you think one would work for a fowlr of that size?
I'd probably go with 2, even if it is powerful enough alone, having just one will leave you with dead spots and detritus build up. You may also not want to run it at 100% power if you have a sand bed, it will likely create a sand storm. You can grab them on prime day sale! https://amzn.to/3BEGQeD

This is going to depend on a lot of things like, substrate, deco or rock structures, type of fish only, predator, heavy meat eaters. There is more to consider in flow than there is in lighting.

Do some searches here, you will find many articles of every type of set up possible and flow options included.

More will most likely be needed than you ever imagined to help keep pollutants suspended and filtered out of the display.

Good luck, this is a great community for learning and sharing
