Prazipro calculation

I'm going to treat one of my tanks as the fish seem to be suffering from flukes (flashing, twitching and darting around the tank). I have a couple of small tangs, angelfish a butterflyfish and a cleaner wrasse.
I've calculated from the top of my sand to the waterline is 19"and the length and width are 46x17 measured inside the glass bringing the water volume to 64g If I take off 15% for rock it comes to 55g. I calculated my sump at 16.5 so its 71.5g total.

I was going to dose 18ml of Prazipro for 72g. Does this sound correct I dont want to over/underdose?

To make it easier, dose at 85% of recommended dosage and add air stone

Sorry if I sound stupid here but what do I work our the recommended dosage on? If I measure my tank with nothing in it to the waterline its 87g including the sump. So the recommended dosage would be 85% of 87 gallons?

And can the air stone be in the sump of does it need to be in the tank?

Dose at 5ml per 20 gallons. 18ML sounds correct. I would put the airstone in the Tank.
You have to estimate the displacement of sand, rocks, etc. That's why Jay recommends doses at 85% of the total volume. I will adjust it if using a bare QT tank based on inside volume and water level.
