How much w/c should i be doing after the first dose please?

Just your normal water change is fine. 10 -20%. For what it's worth, I didn't lose any feather dusters when I had to treat my DT with Prazi. It's a risk, but one I haven't seen happen yet.

Ok another question because I just recieved my copepods today... But i dosed the prazi already... Can I still pour in the copepods and the live phytoplankton?

Sure. How long ago did you dose the prazi? It's only active in the water for 48 hours so if it makes you feel better, you can wait the 48 out then put them in.

I've only every used Prazipro in QT with just fish so I'm intrigued by the idea of using it in the DT. Safe to use in a mixed reef tank with fish, inverts AND CORAL?

Just, whatever you do, don't overdose Prazipro. Especially with wrasses. If in doubt because you are unsure of your exact water volume, underdose a little.
