Pregnant Royal Gramma

Hi all,

Trying to figure out if my Royal Gramma is pregnant, or just a healthy thic boi haha.

He/she has been in the tank for about two months. No other Grammas, but do have a Coral Beauty, two clowns, and a watchman. Don't think any of this fish can cross-breed...?

Here's some pics. Note that this pic was taken probably 6 hours since last feeding, so it's not a full belly.

I’m quite sure fish of one species don’t go near fish of another species with those intentions. He/she may be eating sand with its food. I have a hefty Sailfin Tang that does that.
