Would anyone let me know why normal reefer must list selling price for any item that they sale while sponsor/store/register seller don't have too?

plenty. many of the newer vendors do not list prices in their listings.

They are in their own threads, in their own Sponsor areas, therefore not needing to post up pricing on their items. They are not allowed to post for sale items outisde their Forums

They post in their forum but they are selling their coral, too. So if I create my own forum in this site, I don't have to put up the price for coral that I sale? Seem like we have a hole that allow seller not list their price.

Sponsors do not have to list a price. It helps if they want to sell an item but if they choose to or not is up to them.

I have a feeling they do it to see how much interest there is per item and then decide on the price based on that.....

But there's no way for you to do that.
You can start threads, but not forums.
As for sponsors, a forum is created for them once they become a paid sponsor.

There is no hole. All members must list price in the classified forums. Sale threads are not permitted outside the classified forums.
Those rules do not apply to sponsors, as they are only permitted to start sales threads in their own forums.
