Quick question, will I encounter any problems if I place the probes in the same chamber that I dose into (drain section). Besides that chamber the fuge is the only other that I can use. The return section has a low water level and not much room left so that's out.

I keep mine in my fuge on the back wall close to the wall before return chamber. Idk if your placement would be an issue since I manually dose into main display at my strongest power head.

My ORP, pH, and Salinity probes all live in my protein skimmer section of my sump, which is where I dose and I've never noticed any odd results except when I dose NoPox my pH will usually show a downward spike that disappears by the next reading.

My temp probe lives in one of my overflows to keep it separated from my heater - in my head the water temp should be more constant if the probe isn't reading from the water coming directly off the heater.

I do dose NoPox so thank you for that observation. Good point about the temp probe and heater, I've had my Ranco sensor in the same chamber as the heater based on a friends suggestion that it would detect a heat rise from a faulty heater and shut it off before the temp increased in the tank, the temp fluctuates between 76-78 degrees, but the glass thermometer in the tank is always at 77.
