Problem in qt tank

Hi, I have quite a number of fish in qt i am currently dosing copper at therapeutic levels and i realized some of the fish have fin rot and 1 fish has a white bulge on his mouth. I read up about mixing meds and people dont suggested mixing. I have melafix and kanaplex on hand. What should i do to stop the bacterial infection? FW dip?. thanks

I wouldn’t use melafix.

You can mix copper with abx but have to add a lot of flow to counter the O2 depletion. Pics would help, what do the fins look like? Any discoloration or growth?

What's abx?
I have a air stone a power head and a hang on filter. So there is plenty of flow/O2.

His fins are also down to almost nothing. U cant see it bec its clear.

Do they have velvet or ich or are you dosing copper prophylactically?

If no velvet, I would discontinue copper for now and dose metro-kanaplex-furan for 14 days.

No ich or velvet just fin rot.

They are on copper for almost a week and they r all eating . Question is after I am finished with metro-kanaplex-furan treatment do I go back to copper?

All I have right now is kanaplex. I ordered the metro and furan on amazon, should b here by Tuesday. In the meantime should I do a large wc (to get out the copper) and start with kanaplex?
