Protein skimmer

Hey guyz ,
I'm having some problem with my protein skimmer an aqua one G224 that i bought from Australia.
When i turn on the pump of the skimmer i feel electricity flowing through me when i put my hands in the water and i seriously can't afford a new skimmer. That skimmer has a guarantee on it but as i live in Mauritius i can't get the pump repaired . Any advice will be most welcome.

That pump needs to be tossed and replaced with a new one. That is not something you want to mess around with.

Ok. What's the voltage and hz is it rated for and what is the voltage and HZ it is plugged into? Also do you know what the pump output is rated for how many gallons per hour?
