I got this really tiny puffer from a friend i ask where he got it from he replied i was out on the bout fishing saw it and scoop it out of the ocean since he knows that i have saltwater tanks I have no idea what type of puffer he is or what exact species he is? Anyone know? I live in florida and i know for a fact that he came out of the golf of mexico.

I 2nd @puffy127. Is he eating, burrfish are know to be difficult to feed. You may have to feed him live ghost shrimp if he hasn't been eating. Burrfish can be aggressive and will need to be in something in the order of a 180g.
 
So far yes. Hes eating a lil of mysis and ive even seen him eat some flakes too
