Yes they should if the damage isnt' too bad. Otherwise as it heals there my be some slight scarring.
I agree. Angels heal pretty well I've seen some horrific damage heal pretty well. I had an emperor that got velvet really bad that found an angry clown tang and the damage was bad I didn't know if he would make it.

6+ months later you would never know. Even the lines on the emperor are lining up the way they used to (there used to be an ugly scar and "break up" in the lines).

I've seen other angels heal pretty well. It just takes time.
