Question about new kalk reactor

I just set up my avast marine kalk reactor and just added kalk to the chamber. Do I wait for everything to settle with the stirrer on before turning on the drip or can I start dripping right away?

Let it settle. You want to dose the clear saturated liquid, not the cloudy slurry.
