Question about tubing

So i have 3 Hydros dosers with just regular clear tubing.
I bought some color silicone tubing and the dosers won't push the liquid as far.
The run is about 3 feet horizontal then down into the sump.
Clear tubing it gets pushed into the sump just fine and accurate with the new silicone tubing it does not push it or if it does its not accurate
Thoughts ?

Silicone is very elastic . It expands a lot when under pressure.

5ml 20ml and 30ml
Idk so gotta change it i guess
