Source water ~225 TDS and ~ 58-60 PSI.

Worth it to add a water saver kit/second RO membrane or will I have pressure issues with the second membrane and/or too high of TDS for the DI? Thx.

Cant answer about the input tds, it may be ok mine is 145 and I get about 3tds out after 2 membranes in water saver. But I would definitely get a booster pump to bring up the incoming pressure, I run mine at 90 p.s.i. I have between 50 60 psi coming in.

There are a lot of reasons for doing water saver and 2nd RO membrane. There are a bunch of threads on it, I started a couple recently as well. For me it’s partially the ecology, what we pull out of the wells/aqueducts isn’t readily replaced. You will definitely need a booster for better operation.

You guys know if you can still run a permeate pump with two membranes and a booster pump ? I T my output to a bladder tank as well for drinking water.

Got the permeate pump installed. Just want to confirm you have it running all the time? or is there a way to bypass when making DI water and only use when filling up your drinking storage tank. The things kind of loud.
