Can some identify what these spots are?

I think i SEE ich but lighting is very yellow to clearly see. Please USE bright WHITE light only for clear id and make video just a little longer please

I can't really see any "spots". I can see a ring, and that is likely a bacterial infection surrounding a point of injury. the fins look a little cloudy and notched up a bit.

How long have you had the fish?
