I am absolutely in love with rabbits, specifically in the spinefoot family! I would love to house multiple together, however everything says with caution so I was curious if anyone keeps multiple of the subspecies together, I already have an orangespot and would really like a bluespotted and masked if I could keep them together. They aren't super similar in coloration but body types are close-ish. Pic of my boy and the other types included

I have had several Foxfaces mixed and other Rabbits mixed without an issue. My main caution would be around the tank size you want to try this in.
I have had 6 rabbits mixed together at one point in an 8’ coral tray (most commonly I keep trios though).

If you introduce them together it should be fine - I’ve only really had issues when it came to mixing the common yellow foxfaces with other rabbits.

Also, just so you know - the subgenus Lo (which separated the Rabbits from the Foxfaces) is no longer used. So they’re all just species of Siganus with no subspecies in use as of yet :)

I absolutely want to try, my current tank is probably a little on the small size if im being honest, at 110 gallon. It houses my boy okay, hes started looking a little cramped at this point, m I intention is to maybe go up to a 250 or 300, I like the width of about 30 in but I need longer, im at around 4ft and plan to go up to 6ft.

You'll probably be fine until they get bigger. A good friend of mine has a 7x30x30 it's a 325 or close to it I believe. Just last weekend he had to remove his large gold spot rabbitfish because it became aggressive with the 2 bars that it has grown up with for 3 or 4 years at least. Rabbitfish do grow to a substantial size and can inflict painful wounds if you are unfortunate enough to get poked with their dorsal spines. After removing his large gold spot, we moved my smaller blotched rabbit into his tank and he mentioned he got hit on his hand during the move from the bucket to the QT tank. Beautiful fish otherwise.
