Radion Lighting Question

So I received a Radion XR15 G4 Pro yesterday and will be mounting it over my 29G Biocube. Currently the tank has an AI Prime Non HD over it. How long do you think I should use Acclimation mode and how much intensity should be run.?

So on this Tuesday when I get paid again, I'll be ordering a Seneye Reef to measure PAR. According to BRS, the numbers are pretty on point to Apogee for a 1/3 the cost.
