Radion XR15 Serial number?

Hi,

I am trying to enter the serial number manually into mobius app, however unsure where the serial number is located?

This is how it's showing up on the app. These lights were bought used.

There isn't a way to input it manually. It seems like there is some communication issues with mobius. Try power cycling, checking for updates, and if all else fails, factory reset the light and see if it fixes it.

The data packets being transferred via BLE isn't being read properly.
