I am having trouble connecting my radions to my new ixm module. I have updated the module constantly but I see nothing where to even try to connect the radions. Do I have to disconnect them from eco smart? I guess I am not the smartest cookie because there aren't any videos out there to help, obviously it is a me problem.

What model of Apex are you using? If it's the current Apex (2016) or Apex-EL, you should be able to click the WXM from the list of modules to get to this screen. Note the highlighted module version and RF version you need, and where to select Attach Radions:

If you have the older Apex Classic, I think you need to do it through the classic web interface, but I don't own a Classic so I'm not sure how that works.

if you can text me that would be fantastic. 513-237-9279.

Sorry, I'm not into doing private support. I post in these forums and help where I can. That way, there's a transcript that others may benefit from in the future if they have the same issue and search for solutions.

Factory reset the Radions with Ecco Smart Live via a USB cable or ReefLink . Then click on the attach button in the wxm module configuration page and send into apex. Once you do that it should populate the new buttons for your light fixture and you will have control of Radions.
