I currently have a Bicolor Blenny, Molly Miller Blenny and Lamarcks Angel in QT. Copper (cupramine) has been started on day two. They were all in sub therapeutic copper from LFS. The Molly Miller has rapid reapers, hiding and not eating. The other two are eating and swimming.
I placed the Molly Miller in a freshwater dip. Saw fluke like flecks in the water. One actually looked like a copepod. Antennas and all? Weird?
The question is should I run prazipro in the water as the Molly Miller is not eating?

Yes you can run Prazipro with cupermine. Just make sure to aerate very heavily and watch for a possible bacterial bloom. Did. You get a pic of the “copepod” looking creature? There have been quite a few threads lately involving parasitic crustaceans.

Wow, crazy huh? No the “copepod” was barely visible to the eye. Thank you for the answer.

Man, I hope that Molly Miller pulls through for you. I catch them locally and they’re a really neat fish and become very tame like a dog.

@HotRocks today the Molly Miller Blenny is breathing rapidly and not swimming. I pulled her out and am doing a M. Blue bath. The lamarcks angel and Bicolor Blenny look good, eating but hiding when I approach though. I starting focus, GC in food yeaterday. Today I am bring the cupramine up.
Anything else I should do. The molly Miller looks beyond saving.

I was adding temp matched ro di water to the cup to make the bath a fresh water dip after the M.Blue bath ( salt water). Is this where I went wrong?

Because of strong osmosis - I would not use RoDi water as a freshwater dip!

Thank you taking the time to reply Lasse. I added about 30 ml of ro di water to about 350 ml salt water. You think that is what was the final stressor. I do ot normally do a fresh water dip with just ro di water. I normally use ro di water with buffer to get the pH to 8. Not a good practice?

Thats not a freshwater dip :) That´s not the reason why she/he died. I was talking about to use pure RODI water. If you add 30 ml RODI to 350 ml 35 ppt saltwater - the salinity of the diluted water would be 32 ppt

For me - thats a good practise.
