What are you feeding?As far as I know it’s a carnation coral. It’s usually double the size then shrinks to half of this. Had it for a good couple of months now.

That is entirely possible. Everything else is doing nicely here and there has been no deterioration in the Nepthea, it just isn't getting bigger. I think it has higher light requirements than most softies, similar to acros (according to the write up on Unique Corals). I am going to move it up to see if that helps. It is on the bottom at the moment.Hmmmm might grow faster in my tank. I’ll cut you a frag when it grows out. Lol
