This is for my 24g cube. The DT is already established 8 months. I will be soaking these in a 10g tank with WC water for about 4 months. By then the DT will be a year old and hoping stable enough to add a nem and a variety of corals. I built the rock work with the idea of having lots of platforms for a diverse coral population.

I'm new to all of this so any helpful insights are appreciated.

Looking good! What type of corals and fish are you wanting to keep?

I currently have a gsp and a xenia, each on their own island, hence the two smaller rocks in the foreground. I would like some leathers, a zoa garden and perhaps some sticks up top towards the light.

As far as fish, I currently have two ocellaris clowns, two benghai cardinals, and 3 fire fish. I'm hoping to rehome the firefish. Two of them are jerks. I eventually want a yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp along with a nem for the clowns.

Really like the openness of the design - will be great for flow and not getting dead spots that collect detritus!

Also like the top shelves for SPS.

Do you have a build thread documenting all this?

No, no build thread. I see so many glorious tanks here that I would feel like a 4 year-old bringing my macaroni art to the Louvre.
