I am getting ready to treat my tank for red bugs tonight which i have done before, but i am now running bio pellets in my system and i am wondering if it is safe to keep them running while treating the tank? i know your supposed to keep all reactors and skimmer running but curious if this is going to effect the pellets in any way? Thanks for everyone's help.

I just finished my red bug treatment while running biopellets. I left my reactor running and have not noticed any problems in my system.
