Red/purplish fuzzy Algae

Hey all, i have this red purplish harry algae growing in with my caulerpa macroalgae its only in my sump and not anywhere in my DT. Looking for an ID maybe if its good or not ive been removing by hand but it grows quickly. Pic for reference

i often pulled that stuff out of my overflow. if its the same as mine it was pretty easy to pull out. sorry, i cant tell you what it is though...
