Red Sea 1200 Roller decided to use up entire roll in 1 day

My 1200 red sea roller mat out of nowhere used up the entire roll within 1 day. I ended up rolling back about half and what a pain. So I ended up just setting to roll 7" per day instead of using the sense which for the time being has stopped the problem.

anyone else getting this problem?

FYI sensor is clean.

1. Is the sensor installed correctly?
2. What did you have set for the fleece advance?
3. Are you using the included media basket with any media?
