Red sea lighting

Could anyone help with what settings i should have on my RSLED60?

What intensity should i have at set at?

Currently ramps up from 8am-9am then down from 7pm- 8pm.

New to the hobby and just added my first corals .

I’ve run that light with T5 in the past. We’re going to need more info on your setup.

What size is the tank?
How many lights do you have?
What corals do you have?
