RED SEA REEFLED 50

Hey guys,

I need some help with my light as im new to corals, I have a tank that's 45x45x45cm and was wondering what's the best settings to use for for soft corals and LPS ? I have heard that this light has strong blue's and not to go past 35% but not sure if that is true or not .
