Hello dear reefers.

I am sorry if this question was asked before.
I am new to redsea z upgrading from nanoqube.
I am getting my 350 reefer on Wednesday

I will have mostly soft corals , and you guys tell me or share a link where I can learn how to configure redsea lights ?
Intensity, color, duration?

Also, I know it is off topic. What about the wave maker ? Any specific setting

Thank you tom

Actually, the Reef Beat app will guide you through on the light settings. It's very user friendly.

Start with the app--there are fool-proof presets to choose from, if you're getting the recommended amount of lights with your tank (if you bought it in the typical Red Sea package). For the wave maker, if you're just doing LPS or softies, 50% or less on whatever wave pattern you want is good. For SPS, 50% to 100% on random is the best setting.

Here is how mine is set. It's doing great and coral and fish are very happy.
