Redsea reservoir alert

Hi all
I have a redsea ato+ lately the unit has been given me alerts that my ato top reservoir is either running low or empty even when it's not empty or I have a few ltrs left in it any ideas why this is happening

No visible sensor i might try and soak the pump in citric acid for a bit
