Reed ready question

So I have a 125 gallon reef ready have all the plumbing setup and ready to go , only question really is should I use silicon or is the reef ready set alright with out anything else?

If the bulkheads are properly installed there should be no issue. Silicone can make things worse with bulkheads sometimes. I would suggest putting some water in just the overflow boxes to make sure the bulkheads are sealed up before filling the whole tank. Here's some good tips:
