Reef Brite ?

Didn't want to hijack the other thread so here is my questions.

I have a 72x24x29 tank with a 60" Powermodule. Do you think two 36" or one 48" RB would be best for coverage? The RB will be in front of the PM? I can only place the RB 4" up from the water line. Or I can have one 48" in front and one on the back of the PM.

Can the Reef Brite be controlled with a controller like the Apex?

I think one 48" RB will be good enough to cover your whole tank.

Correction!
I would deffiantly just go with 2 36" strips!

And reefbrite is coming out with a module to control the reefbrite with an APEX controller...... Not sure when they are coming out with it though...

Thanks for the response guys. What about the ends? Its already dimmed at both ends cause my PM is only 60". Remember, I can only have the RB 4" from the water.

Yea, I would go with 2 36", would give you the best output.... Just do it!!!!!

Here is what Joy from reefbrite told me.
"We are currently working on a new power supply that will be available to customers that will have the 0-10v dimmable capability and be able to be used with aqua controllers."

We have 2x 30" Blue Reefbrites over at 180g 72" long tank. Just for blue supplementation and it is excellent. Not sure how much more you would get out of 2x 36".

I am using 2 36" for my 72" long tank which provide very good coverage.
