I'm in the process of setting up a tank. It's an IM 200 EXT. I'm looking at the Bashsea Pro 48 sump and the Reef Mat 1200 roller mat. My question is sizing. This sump has a roller compartment that is 13" wide by 17.5" deep. The specs on the Reef Mat 1200 say that it is 10.6" wide by 11.8" deep. That leaves me about 2.4" on the size of the Reef Mat to hook up the supply hose. Is that enough?

I don't have the 1200 but I do have the 500 and I don't think that would work for mine. The hose itself does bend but you need a good amount of space to make it. I think I have seen people who have hard plumbed theirs on the forums, I'd look into that. A hard elbow should fit your space and then you can screw the hose into that. When I get home later today I'll measure how tight the bend could be. It is possible but you will be very tight.
