I keep getting an Unauthorized error when I go to execute the calibration file.

Man I feel for you, you are so close. But I can also see the issue with your commands. See , the last three commands in your screenshot is what matter, I can see your cookie and auth is correct as you can list the ph probes (against the pi 127.0.0.1), but in the calibration command you entered cookie file wrong, cookie.tst instead of cookie.txt. Just change that and you should be successful :-)

That will be awesome!
Will this be restricted to just the TPLink smart plugs, or will it work with other brands?
We’ll see . If this gets popular and reliable, then we can add the other brands, or expand on to link itself (supporting multi outlet smart power bars etc). Currently only single outlet plugs are supported.

Are you using a pico board? This calibration is kicking my butt.
yes, it is pico board.

Calibration is kicking my butt too right now. I think I am having the same issue as you, but I'm on day 1 instead of 7. I am carefully reading all your posts and @Ranjib 's responses to figure out what to do. I haven't given up yet. ... maybe soon. ;)

I'm also baking peanut butter cookies and the raw dough is keeping my spirits up.

Mine looked like it took the file, but the numbers in the UI look the same. I'm out and about, but I'll be home shortly.

Will this be restricted to just the TPLink smart plugs, or will it work with other brands?

The code support uses the local Kasa proprietary protocol, which is nice as it bypasses “the cloud”. Other plugs don’t speak it, but future integration with a home hub or remote API would unlock more (though I wouldn’t recommend running your heater on that - what happens when the internet goes down?)

FYI - My probe gave roughly -150 for a 7.02.

I expect “around zero” to be fine for a 7.02 solution, so this number is fine.

There is a setting update I’ll fix in the driver where the gain of different Pico boards ends up set differently - some will report about -4000 and others -8000 (2x gain) for pH 10. It’s a quick software fix to lock all to 2x.

I got mine working. It is giving a reading of 10.03 in my 10.02 calibration fluid. I closely followed your posts Dirt. so thank you. You and Ranjib helped me through this.

PH 10 was about -3,200 for me.

Now I'm getting an error from the UI when I enable the pH probe "{"error":"stats for id: '1' not found"} | HTTP 404"

My UI has not changed, and now I'm getting an error in my UI when I enable the probe. I've rebooted, and reloaded so far.

Just got my tp-link smart plug working with some prototype code :) . Its been a much desired thing that i want to support, and a couple of other folks were trying to get it done as well. So if you are want to try it out, with next version of reef-pi 3.x release you should be able to use these

If it took the file it means calibration will be applied. Enable the ph monitor after calibration. You should see a huge step function in the chart

As for the higher PH trend ive noticed that the KH guardian that is based off this same type of test states in there manual. That the machine must be 3 feet or less from the water and to not cut the tubing. So maybe it has something to do with the amount of tubing you have. Just a guess though. Im going to be following this I would love to build it. and try it out.
Welcome to reef2reef :-)

ranjib have you put any thought into the sonar sensors for water height detection in sump? imo would be pretty nice because there are no parts in the saltwater to get salt creep on.
not yet. I am using the optical sensors, and pretty happy with it. @theatrus was talking about pressure based sensors, i have tinkered with e-tape based things in past as well. I am focused on clustering, calibration, ph based action, arbitrary pwm profile etc .. for the time being.
