Reef Roids Feeding

Hey guys.. any tips on feeding reef roids to my lps?

I just tried to direct feed some of my corals... they closed up certainly, but I don't know how effective it was. Just fed my goniapora and he did close up a bit... but he is still out a pretty decent amount. I turned off my flow except for my hang on the back filters, maybe I should turn them off for a bit as well? How long should I leave the flow off after I feed everything, how much should I feed each coral, and how much water should I mix in with the reef roids?

I used to feed my coral x2 a week with a thick solution. Then I cut off flow for 10 mins
