Reef Tank Reboot in process.

Long time everyone!

Here is what i let it get too. Long road back before I can honestly say i can add coral.
Nitrate 50ppm been doing 10g water changes x2 per week.. With the amount of algae growing I imagine the nitrates are much higher then what was tested.

Calcium and Alk good.

Current display tank..
Added a coral once parameters were were .

Nitrates are now undetectable.
point of sale way down.

Cheato growing like crazy. currently is a size 4 soccer ball from a baseball .

Alk / Calk are in range but will be doing more testing to see where we are soon.

I plan on getting ATI Essential two part as my replacement of Calc and Alk


Vacuumed out sump and boy that was a mess! This thing was a 40 G nitrates factory. Updates to sump will be posted shortly as I plan to condense equipment and rebuilding a few things.
