Reefbreeder 32 Power Settings

Hey guys I have my reefbreeder 32 over my 55 gallon about 12 inchs over the tank. I wanted to get an idea what everyone has there channels power rating set at. I want to get a more sleek color pop on my colors and I think my whites are a bit too high.

What do you guys recommend to get the best pop with the best growth, I have a nice mixed reef with SPS LPS and some Zoas
