I'd place them around 1/3 of the full tank height, but I see around that spot on the left you have a rock that probably will be blocking the flow. If so place it a little lower to avoid aquascape structure in front of the pump.

Super happy with the first harvest of chaeto. ARID reactor is growing the chaeto like crazy! This is a one month growth, started with a small, fist size ball of chaeto spread over the reactor. I'm dosing Pax Bellum Supplement as well, Iron every day two drops and Nitrate & Molybdenum only when NO3 is too low to maintain it aroud 0.5-1ppm - never more than 20 drops a day. PURE LOVE! ;Shamefullyembarrased

Hi all, It's 8 Months today for our REEFER 170. I'm extremely happy with the Red Sea Reef Care Program. It's super easy to control all the parameters, and the results are amazing. Coloration and growth are fantastic as well. Ordering today more products to refresh them. At this moment dosing Alk / Ca / Mg at 11/7/7 ml. a day. to keep my parameters at 7.3 / 430 / 1380. Dosing Reef Energy A and B - 6 ml. daily of each. Also dosing Iron and Manganese mix 2 Drops Daily and Nitrate and Moybdenum mix 10 drops occasionally when NO3 drops too low from Pax Bellum LLC brand as I run the ARID N18. Once a week dosing Red Sea Trace Colors ABCD 3ml. of each which is my favorite part, they are playing a huge role in my opinion. At this moment it's my favorite program, and I enjoy a lot running this system!

It looks fantastic [emoji847] I've looked at what system to use when the time comes, amongst them is Red Sea. So you do recomend their reef care system I guess[emoji4]

Thank you very much! ;) We run different tanks on different programs, but the one with Red Sea RCP definitely standout. You'll love it and it's easy to get support in their Facebook group in case you'll have questions.

@Berlibee can you give me any insight about where you have it placed and how much flow? Would you do anything differently? Are you blasting with light or just average ? Any help would be appreciated cause I’m by far no expert when it comes to sps.

The whole tank is with the same flow, there is no dead spots at all as it's a pretty small tank. I run 2 Vortech at 100% Random Mode and it's placed on the lower level of the tank. No, I wouldn't change anything in placement. I think it's just how it is for this frag. ;)

Thanks a lot for the info! Do you have it pretty high up ?
