ReefMat Connectivity Issue

So I am trying to connect my ReefMat to the ReefBeat app and just cannot get it to work. So my Red Sea controllers, Red Sea Skimmer and ATO no issues. keep getting the attached message for the ReefMat. Contacted support last week, just received a new motor and plug and get the same thing. Any ideas besides calling support again?

Whenever I connect to my ReefMatt I connect to it via its wifi signal, usually it starts with RSMAT

Yea I’d did that it connected but when I then come back to the ReefBeat app and hit next it cycles for like a minute and I get that message.

I had the same problem, and tried everything I could think of. For some reason, it refuses to connect despite getting an IP address from my router. I eventually gave up and set up a tank in offline mode on Reefbeat and connected directly.

I don't get all the fancy charting, but I can at least configure it and set a new roll when I change out. If you do figure out how to get it working, please share!

Actually got it to work. Unplugged unit -turned off/on phone, tried again and connected.

Did you contact support? they will send you a new drive.

Same here. New board and still nothing. Stuck with direct mode until I hear back from RS.
