Awesome!! :)

Sent Via the R2R Forum APP

Thanks Marvin! I really love these fish. It is also cool because they get along really well. Aside from the Yashi, the clowns and basslets have no problem all being together, in fact I often see all four of them in the same place a lot of the time.

Other than the that, things are going okay in this tank. The convict chalice that was bleaching I put in the shade. It's still there, but not really improving or getting worse so I guess that's good. Unfortunately, the orange hammer does not appear to be doing well. It's always been a little off compared to my other hammers so I'm not very concerned. It's the only thing in there having issues (other than the chalice) so I'm just going to assume it's specific to that coral as everything else in the tank seems to be doing well. Fingers crossed anyway :)

Holy schnikeys! Someone's getting jiggy with it! Nice adds, Chrissie!!!

Thank you very much! I have actually had both for awhile now. Just not a fan of my pictures ;) Basslets have been in since July and Wyomings since October. I can't believe my tank has almost been running for about 10 months now, time sure goes by fast!

I would like see your sump

Here's a picture of it. Ironically I am looking to replace it soon with the one I have in my 45. This one works great, but the other one would have a larger main compartment and larger water capacity (ignore the low water, I took this previously and must not have topped off :) ).

An unfortunate announcements, seems like the case for my tanks this week. Orange hammer is a goner. I'll probably be pulling him tonight. Good thing is it's the only coral that's looking down, but still never good to lose an awesome coral. I'll have to decide if I want to make any changes now with the corals. Could open up some nice chalice slots if I want to make a change.

sorry about the hammer Chrissie. :(

thanks...I had a feeling it was going for awhile. I know they can be finicky so I guess it is what it is.

Thanks M&T. I'm a little bummed, but hopefully it'll lead to something better. As for the tank compliments....thank you :)

Okay, so I was going through my iphone and found this video and another. The other one is probably a little cooler, but has a bit of down time and is a little longer. Anyway, it's some mating behavior I observed in my basslets. This is awhile ago, but still cool every time I see it. Sorry about the quality, as I said, iphone video with me sitting there trying not to move.

Tank is so empty since I finally took the hammer out. Even when I look at the video above its crazy how big it was and how much open space I have now. Lots to think about. Although with problems in the 45 I don't think I'll be buying any new coral anytime soon.

Hello everyone! It has been awhile since I have posted and that is because I have had a lot going on with the tank the past few months. We made a tough decision to finally take down the tank and remove ourselves from the hobby. While this is my official goodbye, I do not believe it's forever. We are confident that we will be back in the hobby in the near future. For now though, I hope to keep browsing and posting on the forum (been crazy busy, but hoping that changes) and thank everyone for all of their help throughout my journey.
