So after all the good luck ive HAD (keyword) I recommended a friend use their service.

he ordered about 80 snails ( got maybe 40) b1g1 supposed to be. A cleaner shrimp that was LESS THAN AN INCH LONG! That wasnt cheap along with forgetting the only fish he REALLY ordered for which was near 60 bux....


they have not returned his email over a week ago.


use at own risk- I wont be shopping there ever again!

Ps.- his total order was over 200 bux!! You would think they would take care of him- think again!!

Yeah bad place, they turned off posting on there fb page because so many people were posting complaints. including me

is there anyway you can DISLIKE a fb page?? Lol

Usually never have problems with them. Order pods regularly and then in February I had a problem fedex lost my package for two weeks. Got dead pods, didn't get responses or a gift card replacing order until last week. Don't know what has happened to their customer service. Lost all faith in their quality of service. But they have the best deals in pods unfortunately.
