Sorry to anyone who had to wait. I got her talking about phosphate tests without realizing how late it had become.

Mark, I really appreciate you helping me sort everything. There is no telling how long that would have taken me if I had done it alone.

How did your nems do? Mine are beginning to open. I think two of them are much lighter than the one I got last time. Oddly enough the darker looking one is the one I thought looked the worst while still bagged.

Why does everyone else's crabs change snails and mine don't?

BTW, every fish in my tank tried to eat the peppermint shrimp when I put them in. I really need to change the way I feed because obviously if I put anything in through the top of the tank it is mistaken for food.

People say to put things in like that with the lights off or feed on one side then put the shrimp in.

Trish...thanks again. Everything seems to be doing good.

+1 Rothgar...I always feed on one side. The fish didn't know what to think about the shrimp going in on the other.

I try to feed the fish while adding stuff so they are distracted and the newbies have time to hide.

I feed on the right and added the new inhabitants in the middle, but I did realize my error as soon as I made it. I will introduce new stuff on the far left from now on but I don't know that it will make any real difference since I have decided that fish hate me. I can understand why the wrasse hates me because I feel so sorry for him being stuck out in the settling tank.

Actually I would much rather put that in my bedroom but I am all out of tank dollars.

This is the smaller of the two anemones we received. Sorry for the darkness at the top third of the photo -- that happened when I scaled the picture down to post and I was too lazy to try to fix it. It's rock that is in shade.
