refugium question please help

i am in the process of building a new sump for my 125, i am adding a fuge on it to. what type of lighting is the best for the fuge thanks

i use a cheap flood light in the 5-6k range from lowes.

Yup good ole spiral compact 65k or any old pc bulbs will work... If just wanna grow macro in there bulbs with red spectrum will really help such as hps. " high pressure sodium" would be ideal...
