The red part of the gate valve can be pulled up or pushed down. Pushing it down makes the vibration sound worse.
Depending on the position of the gate valve, it can sometimes stop the vibrations, but it’s hit-or-miss.
I’ve been dealing with this issue for a while. I recently cleaned my entire skimmer outside with a house, including the gate valve part. It’s all clean, but the sound still happens depending on the position. .
It was quiet today, but as soon as I plugged in the ozone to the skimmer and adjusted the knob, it started again.
