So the banner ad which Red Sea runs on the home page here says something about an introductory offer for registering a Reefer system. When I did that, using the ad link, with my XL 425, I didn't get anything... That tank ended up being super defective, so I spaced looking into; now, for my replacement XXL 625 that I paid the diffrence on, I'd like to figure this out.
When I googled Red Sea registration introductory promo, I found this page:

But it asks for a password:
Anybody know what it is? lol. Or what this supposed promo consists of?
