Removing sandbed

Just a thought. I currently have three saltwater tanks running. When I first started out, the tank I bought was used, and I made the mistake of using the sand and rocks from the previous owner. He did mention there was cyano, but at the time I didn’t know what it was (I know, stupid).
Now, after the tank has been running for a little over a year, it just won’t go away. The other tanks I have are running perfectly with zero issues, but this one I bought used just keeps having problems. I feel like I’ve tried close to everything, including a lot of flow.
I know this could potentially remove some beneficial bacteria, but I’d like to know what you guys think. I’m honestly just really tired of looking at it.
Btw it's 440L and Chemiclean is unfortunately not possible to get where I live, even online
Parameters:
Magnesium: 1350
Calcium: 430
pH: 8.2–8.3
Nitrate: 10
Phosphate: 0.03
Alkalinity: 8.4

Could be something loaded into the sandbed contributing to the cyano. Have you vacuumed it at all?

yeah I have vacuumed it MANY times :(

If it has been cleaned multiple times and isn't harboring a bunch of detritus, i wouldn't think it to be the root issue. You could definitely remove it though. I would remove half or a third at a time and either replace or leave bare over the course of a month or so.

How much cyano do you have? is it so bad that it is everywhere? or just in a few spots?

Yeah it's absolutly every in the tank now. I tried with just alot of maintenance but it have come to the point where it's just impossible to keep up with unfortunately

I have replaced my sandbed twice. Each time I did it in one session. Never had any issues. The sandbed I had was one inch high. If it is higher than you probably should remove more slowly. I have a 525L system which includes both the display tank and sump.
