Replacement accessories for SB Reef Lights sBox Pro light

I recently bought a used sBox Pro 32", but the seller did not have either the remote control or the stand for it. I'm interested in buying replacements, so I attempted to contact the company. However multiple emails have gone unanswered, and I have also tried their online "contact us" form and the phone number listed on their homepage with no luck. A little frustrated that I can't get a hold of them. :-(

Anyone had any luck contacting them in the past? Or know where I can get a stand or a remote?

Very difficult to get a hold of them. Some have said to check Facebook.

Join the FB group. Post there and tag that lady on the pict. that has worked for me many times.

I have also seen rumors that they closed up shop... not sure if thats just due to people not being able to reach them though.

I have an extra remote and set of legs for the smaller 16" that I belive are the same if you can't get ahold of them.

Pm me if/when you need them.

I just ordered the 18" inch from them during black friday sales. They shipped my light by next week and recieved it next week. They are difinitely not closed :)

Nope its all good either way. I have two lights in the closet so two remotes and two sets of legs. If/when i use them again it'll be one at a time on a QT or smaller temp setup.

I know it’s been awhile for this conversation but would you by chance still have a remote for the SB reef light? We have the SB pro 32 and the remote just quit. I have tried joining the FB group and also emailing them but no answer either way.

Sorry, I gave them to the fella that originally needed them. Hopefully you’re able to get a hold of someone and track down a new remote. I read something recently about SB hiring a new service rep while the owner focused and something else though I dont remember where I saw that.
