Hi all I shattered my collection cup on my reef octopus hob 90 today and am searching for a replacement but can't seem to find any online - are these things really that hard to come by?? Where am I overlooking this at?

I don’t reckon you'll get one they will most likely expect you to buy a new unit unless there is a spares page on their website.
Yes I'm afraid that looks to be the case - super disappointing bc the skimmer works perfectly and is lightly used. I took a spill on my sidewalk yesterday after dumping my skimmer cup outside, when I fell the skimmer cup went flying and hit the concrete. Literally shattered into about a dozen pieces. Was surprised to see that happen.

Or check ebay for a used skimmer of the same model, even if it's broken or missing parts, to salvage the cup and toss the rest.

I’m about to list one, same skimmer 6 months old no problem, if the company doesn’t respond….I couldn’t imagine they won’t help out though, that would be such bs to not be able to replace the cheapest part
