Reporting overt sexual usernames

I have an issue with a user on here with a very sexual username that is very offensive. I have reported it twice this week but it's still there.

Who do I need to pm about this?

We received the first report last night and immediately reached out to the member asking for a new username to give them the opportunity to pick a replacement. We are allowing the user 24 hours to respond, but if there's no reply from the member, we are going to change it until he picks a new one.
