Resetting Apex JR

Got a used Apex classic JR for a QT system but it's still linked to previous owner's account. Is there a walk through doc anywhere that tells you how to reformat and link it to a new fusion account?

Do an Initialize All of the Apex using the classic web pages (Configuration->Misc Setup page-Initialize memory->Initialize All) or through the display module menu system (System->Init Memory->Init All).
