Can you send a picture of the return area as it is now? The reason I don't believe it lacks water is because the reefer has an automatic top off. I assume your top off is set up and full right? The float valve is in the return Chamber. It would drain it self to balance the water level. Also your emergency drain should pick up the slack. Pictures in the sump would. Be super helpfulVarios 6. As soon as I bump it up from the lowest setting it drains the tank in maybe 1 minute.
All questions are good, and that I would agree that it is a water level issue but the auto top off would correct it by draining it self. That's the hang up. Is yours working?Roger that. There’s a chance I’m underfilled. Where in the overflow would you recommend the water level be at?? Sorry for all the dumb newb questions
Must be an apple thing cause I can’t watch it either. Thanks for the feedback though friend!! I’m trying it now!!Video plays on my Droid.
The gurgling in the overflow and the bubbles in the sump can be fixed by closing the gate valve on the main (siphon) drain.
Slowly close the gate valve a quarter turn or so at a time.Must be an apple thing cause I can’t watch it either. Thanks for the feedback though friend!! I’m trying it now!!
Top off tank meaning reservoir tank?? No water in that.I got it to load. Slow the drain a bit like @nereefpat says. Not all the way just slowly untill it quiets. It takes a few for it to adjust it self. Is there water in the top off tank?
That will keep your return area balanced. Fill that with fresh! I'm guessing you use RO?Top off tank meaning reservoir tank?? No water in that.
