Hey fellow reefers.

About two weeks ago I purchased a favia coral from my lfs (where I purchase most my corals) I got the coral at a discounted price because some it was beginning to slightly bleach. The Lfs employee is a good friend of mine and we both agreed that we could most likely revive the favia. We both agreed that the metal halide they were using at the shop needed new bulbs but being that this was a side display tank had yet to happen. As I stated I bought the favia and brought it home. I currently am using a kessil 160tuna blue. I have the favia placed at the bottom of my tank about eight inches away from my lord acan(which is flourishing and is about 2 months old). The favia is looking alright and has not progressed any worse but I was wondering if they're are any other tricks my fellow reefers could suggest to help bring the color back to my favia. The picture below is from today which is around two weeks from purchase. Is time the only good tool? And what about the intensity of light currently it is exposed should I try and move it to a less intense area of the tank. Comments and questions welcomed as always.

I learned long ago that feeding the same food all the time is not healthy for our animals.
For instance I feed 4 different foods rotating daily
Rods food and LRS are good mixes for diversity of available nutrients, vitamins and food size.

I have two favias that recently had small areas of bleaching. One has recovered well with just lower light. The other I have been moving around for months and tried everything I can think of and it won't seem to color that portion up.
